Membership Terms

The Club has exactly two statuses. Member is for a company or an individual taking part in the life of the Club. Partner is for a company that also wants visibility to the Club's audience and additional seats.

Anyone else in the Club's records — a contact referred by a member, or a professional contact imported from the Club's list — is a contact. A contact holds none of the entitlements below until an application is approved and dues are paid.

Member, $1,200 per year, and $600 for any membership taken out in 2026, the founding season: access to all Club events, unlimited use of the matchmaking engine, the full member directory, and participation in the referral programme.

Partner, $7,500 per year, and $3,750 for any partnership taken out in 2026, the founding season: everything in Member for five named seats, your logo on the Club's website, visibility at the Club's events on the Strip, and one private roundtable a year.

Invited guests who are not members may receive up to three discovery introductions per year, at the Club's discretion.

The entitlements attached to each status are those published on the Club's website at the time you join or renew. The Club may change them for a future period on notice.

You apply in the form published on the website. The Club reviews every application and may admit or decline an applicant at its discretion, without giving reasons.

Your membership begins on the date the Club receives your dues, and not on the date you apply.

Where an application is declined, any amount paid with it is returned in full.

Dues are annual and payable in advance, in United States dollars, for a twelve-month term starting on the date the Club receives them.

Membership renews for a further twelve months on payment of the dues then in force. The Club sends a renewal notice at least thirty days before the term ends, stating the dues that will apply.

Where dues are unpaid thirty days after the term ends, membership lapses: access to the portal, the directory and the matchmaking engine stops, and the referral programme entitlement stops with it.

Dues are not refundable, in whole or in part, on resignation, lapse, suspension or termination.

Partner seats are named. You may change who holds a seat by telling the Secretary, at no charge; the seats themselves are not transferable to another company.

Membership is personal to the admitted company or individual and may not be assigned, resold or shared without the Club's written consent, including on a sale or reorganisation of your business.

You may move from Member to Partner at any time by paying the difference for the remainder of your term. A move from Partner to Member takes effect at your next renewal.

You may resign at any time by written notice to the Secretary. Resignation takes effect on receipt and does not entitle you to a refund.

The Club may suspend or terminate a membership for unpaid dues, for a breach of these terms, the Terms of Use or the Code of Conduct, or for conduct materially damaging to the Club. Except where the conduct requires immediate action, you are given notice of the grounds and a reasonable opportunity to be heard first.

When a membership ends, the Club removes your listing from the directory and closes portal access. The Club keeps the records described in its Privacy Policy for the periods stated there.
